Because the free Lite tier and the 14-day trial let you fully evaluate the Software first, perpetual licenses are generally considered final. That said, if you run into a genuine problem — the Software doesn't work as described, or you bought by mistake — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
A 30-day Rental license is activated immediately and is generally non-refundable once the license has been issued, since it grants full use for its term right away. If a technical problem prevents you from using it, contact us and we'll help or make it right.
The Lite tier and the Trial are free, so no purchase or refund is involved.
